How SD compares to other SoCal housing

San Diego County’s housing market slowed once in October, but prices are still up nearly 18 percent from this time last year.

Real estate tracker DataQuick reported Tuesday that the median price in the county in October was $412,750, down about $10,000 from last month, but above the $350,000 median in October 2012.
